There are different IT registration processes depending on whether you are a student or a member of staff.
Your IT registration instructions will include important information which you need to know in order to register.
Staff, Visitors and Collaborators
You should have received IT registration instructions by email from our IT Helpdesk (helpdesk@eng.cam.ac.uk). If you are new to the University then these instructions will have been sent to the external email address you provided. If you cannot find your instructions please contact our Helpdesk for assistance.

Undergraduate Students
You should have received IT registration instructions from your Director of Studies. If you cannot find your instructions please let the Teaching Office know, and contact our Helpdesk for assistance.
Postgraduate Students
As a student starting a new postgraduate course in the Cambridge University Engineering Department, you must complete IT registration, even if you already have active IT accounts because of a previous course, job, or visit.
